BARBERA D'ALBA

Deep ruby ​​red color, with intense aromas of blackberries, cherries and plums. In the mouth it is full and fragrant, with a slight acidulous perception that soon gives way to the softness and body of the wine. Vinous, fresh and well-balanced, it is an easy-drinking wine, but also rich and tasty.

      The Lady in Red

      VINIFICATION: Fermentation for 15/20 days with manual punching down. 70% in steel tanks, the remaining 30% in wooden barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place. After a 6-month refinement period, it is assembled in steel and left to rest for 2/3 months. Final stabilization in the bottle for at least 2 months.
      AGEING: In steel and, for a small part, also in 20 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
