Light straw-yellow in color, it has notes of white flowers and white peach on the nose, with a slightly herbaceous finish. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh, intense and persistent.


VINIFICATION: After crushing, destemming and pressing, the must is transferred into stainless steel tanks, where pure fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18° for 15/20 days.
AGEING: In bottle for a minimum of 3 months after fermentation in steel.
