- Vinification in steel tanks, with maceration of the pomace for 17 days
- 2 years in large Slavonian oak barrels, then 6 months in bottle
- Clayey-calcareous soil with sand veins

- Vinification in steel tanks, with maceration of the pomace for 15 days
- Aged for 3 years, 2 of which in large Slavonian oak barrels, then 12 months in bottle

- Soil sandy and calcareous
- South-West exposure
- Fermentation for 15/20 days with manual punching
- Aged for 6 months in steel, a small part also in wooden barrels. Then in bottle for at least 2 months
- Very sandy soil
- South-West exposure
- Maceration for 3/5 days in steel tanks, racking and end of alcoholic fermentation in 10 days
- Aged in steel and for a small part also in wood, with subsequent stabilization in the bottle for 2 months
- Sandy and calcareous soil
- South-East exposure
- Vinification in steel tanks, for 7 days
- Aged for 9 months in steel and 4 months in bottle

- Aged in bottle for a minimum of 3 months, after fermentation in steel
- Mainly calcareous soil with sandy veins

- Vinification in steel autoclave, immediately after harvest, then alcoholic fermentation for approximately 12/14 days
- Ageing in bottle, after fermentation in steel
- Clayey-calcareous soil
- West, South-West exposure
- Vinification in steel tanks, for 15/20 days
- Ageing in bottle for a minimum of 3 months
