Fresh and delicate wine on the nose, with complex and intense aromatic notes. In the mouth it is sweet, pleasantly acidic with a very persistent, full-bodied, round and velvety aroma. Straw yellow color, with slightly golden reflections.

            The Wine of Piedmontese Sweets

            VINIFICATION: In steel autoclave, immediately after harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must obtained is made brilliant with clarification and filtration in insulated tanks at a temperature of 0°. The juice is stored in steel tanks until the moment of processing in the autoclave to obtain a lively wine. Alcoholic fermentation with the use of selected yeasts with a control of the fermentation temperature.

            AGEING: In steel at a temperature of 14/16° for 12/14 days and then in the bottle.
