At sight it presents a deep ruby ​​red color with intense purple reflections. On the nose, fresh, fruity, sweet and elegant aromas forcefully impose themselves while on the palate it has a broad and warm entrance, which then opens into multiple flavors attributable to a rich and concentrated wine. The fruity and vinous naturally prevail, leaving a long and pleasant after-taste.

        VINIFICATION:
        Maceration for 3/5 days at temperatures between 28° and 30° with frequent pumping over in stainless steel tanks. Racking and end of alcoholic fermentation in about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel and part in wood.
        AGEING: In steel and, for a small part, also in wood. Assembly in spring and subsequent bottling with stabilization in the bottle for 2 months.
